  Egh, drive over to 72nd and you will have a better experience. My main complaint is always the same every year.... Their refusal or lack of ability to cool the store. I don't care how busy you are; it should not be over 80 degrees inside! Very frustrating when you have to hurry and eat your ice cream as fast as you can because it is melting so fast INSIDE!!
  
  Staff is usually young high school kids that are overheated and ready to get out of there so their moods are not the best.
  
  Food is good though!

  Ordered a chicken sandwich, a number 3 with a dr.pepper, and a large blizzard...
  Waited at the window for 16 minutes with a full line of cars behind me, meanwhile at least 5 cars drove off because they didn't want to keep waiting. Then when they finally gave me my food, I had to park and run back in because they forgot my fries... only for the employee at the front counter to argue with me saying I did not order any fries but reading my receipt back to me clearly stating I ordered combo #3. It wasn't until I pointed out on their menu board where it says all "Combo's come with drink and fries" that she stopped arguing with me and made me my damn fries... which were far from fresh cooked but for me it was just about the principle of it.
  Will absolutely never return to this location, and strongly advise everyone to drive a little bit further to a different one if they want to be treated even slightly decent.

  I know it sucks working fast food as a teenager, but jeez.... The kids working this location could not care less. They manage to prove all the complaints about lazy, don't-care, annoyed with you for daring to order from them accurate. Either that, or they really do run out of whatever you wanted to order a half hour before close. 10 minutes before close? Sure - I can understand that if you've already cleaned the kitchen, etc. But half an hour? C'mon.

  Ordered a medium cookie dough blizzard with extra cookie dough and had maybe 12 pieces of candy. If I'm paying for extra, I just assume for almost every bite to have cookie dough. I'll drive out of my way to go to a different DQ
